SOQ - Bond and Disclosure Counsel Services

The City of Dixon (the “City”) is seeking to hire a an individual or firm to serve when requested as Bond or Disclosure Counsel over the next five years. The City, on a periodic basis, issues debt to finance the construction of capital facilities and infrastructure. The City of Dixon will issue Lease Revenue Bonds for General Fund projects, Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds under Installment Sale Agreements and Mello-Roos (“CFD”) Bonds. The purpose of this RFQ will be to create a list from which to hire an individual or firm on a periodic basis to provide Bond or Disclosure Counsel services, on a per-transaction basis.
